1.       Payment is required within 7 days on completion of work. A cheque or cash for the amount quoted/invoiced is to be presented to Chris Harper.

2.       Payments not received within 7 days on completion of work will incur a 2% interest charge on the amount outstanding per day up to 14 days. Payment not received within 14 days of completion will incur an additional 5% per day thereafter until payment received.

3.       If a payment period is agreed (maximum 40 days) in advance then provided the payment in full is received (See 4 below) within this period, no interest charge is payable.  Payments not received within the period will incur a 2% interest charge per day on the amount outstanding. Payment still outstanding 10 days post this period will incur an additional 5% interest charge per day thereafter until payment received in full.

4.       Date of receipt is the date received by Chris Harper and not the date of posting although postal delays will be considered depending on the postal date on franked envelopes.

5.       All work carried out by Chris Harper or anyone directly authorised by Chris Harper to carry out work on his behalf is guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Reasonable requests for repairs to work or apparatus failing within an unexpectedly short period of use after the guarantee period will be considered for a free of charge repair or replacement. 

6.       Consumables such as lamps, bulbs and fuses are not guaranteed unless failure is deemed to be within an unexpectedly short period of operation after installation and are not due to item 7 below.

7.       Damage or faults caused by but not limited to accident, misuse, animals, vermin, or wilful act etc. are not guaranteed.

8.       All quotations and estimates are provided in confidence.

9.       Labour discounts offered to Neighbourhood Watch, Business Watch and Countryside Watch customers are applicable only on production of proof of membership of a current registered and live scheme. It will be the responsibility of the customer to produce such proof of membership prior to work commencing.

10.   Labour discounts offered to Registered Charities are applicable only on production and confirmation of a current Charity Registration Number.
